Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product inspection is completed, refunds may be processed through:

  • Store credit (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
